THE WEDDING OF MARTA AND MIKE

OCCASION: I hear wedding bells!

BEST MOMENT: Running in the cold for a very quick shot at night. We didn’t want to miss Mike’s Jam.

WEDDING STYLE: A touch of rustic and a touch of chic.

SWEETEST MOMENT: Marta’s smile on the dance floor. She was having the time of her life

COOLEST KID: The little guy who didn’t want his picture taken in the morning. The shot where he is just grumpy on the side is hilarious to me!

This was my first time shooting at the Bell Mountain Estates and it did not disappoint. The whole day started a bit strange since it was snowing in the middle of April. Still it didn’t seem to phase any one.

Once Marta arrived she had to just double check that the weather wasn’t going to change. 

The ladies hung out in the gorgeous loft and the fireplace was a popular spot.

Once it was dress time the whole day started to move quickly and everyone was there to help.

I never pass up a good window when we have some time to spare.

Priscilla was over with the guys while they had some delicious bourbon and talked while they hid in their room as to not see Marta.

We then took the ladies out for some group shots and portraits. It was pretty cold when the wind blew so they huddled together pretty well.

While I had the chance I took some portraits of Marta and she looked stunning as always.

If there is a day bed you use it. Nuff said!

Next the guys braved the cold and went out for some group shots.

And little guy did not want to be photographed…. at all.

Since we had some more time to spare I was able to take some more dramtic shots with Marta. One light is normally all you need.

Wedding time!

Mike’s first look was as genuine as they come.

After the cermony it was time for group shots with everyone and the wind really started to pick up

Finally we sent away the bridal party to go relax and eat while I took some more photos with Mike and Marta.

Time for the party to begin! Their reception was cocktail style so everyone could move around freely and really it was great! The ladies at B Events really did an amazing job!

We went for a brisk run out outside in the cold to try an outdoor shot. The party was so good I felt bad taking them away for too long so I sent them back ASAP

We ended the night with a bouquet and garter toss. It was intense and there was some solid boxing out!
